Are you an ambitious business development professional with a passion for financial services? We are seeking a Business Development Manager to take a leading role within our Financial Industry Group (FIG) across EMEA. In this high-impact position, you will work directly with partners to develop and deliver strategic BD initiatives that drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and raise the group’s profile regionally and globally. You will also manage a small team and collaborate with colleagues across global offices.
What You’ll Do
- Drive forward marketing and business development initiatives across the FIG group.
- Develop and execute strategies that target key opportunities in the financial services sector.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a small BD team in EMEA.
- Prepare high-quality, tailored pitches, proposals, and client marketing materials.
- Oversee industry events, sponsorships, and thought-leadership campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate globally with partners, lawyers, and BD colleagues to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities.
- Track ROI on BD activities, manage budgets, and maintain accurate client and deal information.
- Manage submissions to legal directories and awards, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
About You
At least 5 years’ business development experience in a law firm or professional services environment, with a strong focus on financial services.
