Norfolk and Waveney Mind is recruiting a compassionate Recovery Worker to join our REST Hub in Norwich, working daytime shifts.
You will provide 1:1 and group emotional support, deescalate crises, reduce isolation, and help service users reconnect with their strengths and networks.
This role requires trauma-informed, recovery-focused practice, liaison with peers and clinicians, and maintaining accurate records to support safe, person-centred care.
