Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial Training Manager (CTM) in ensuring the effective planning, coordination and administration of the organisation's commercial training function.
- Deliver high‑quality, customer‑focused training services.
- Manage the commercial customer pipeline administration, support marketing activity, coordinate training delivery logistics, and provide timely, professional communication to clients and prospective customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Commercial Training Team and the Learning and Development team to maintain alignment across the organisation’s training functions, particularly around course allocation, consultant scheduling and shared systems or processes.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience coordinating training, events, programmes or similar operational activities.
- Experience working in a customer-facing or commercial environment, responding to enquiries and maintaining positive, professional relationships.
- Experience managing multiple diaries, scheduling appointments or coordinating staff training availability.
- Experience using CRM systems or similar client‑management databases.
- Experience providing administrative support in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience liaising with external stakeholders, suppliers, clients or partners.
- Experience working within a charity, social enterprise or values-driven environment (desirable).

- Travel/Driving: A driver licence and access to a vehicle are essential; mileage is paid at 45p per mile for cars after home to work base mileage is deducted.
