Norfolk and Waveney Mind is seeking an experienced Access and Inclusion Manager to lead the development and delivery of our Access and Inclusion Team across Norfolk and Waveney. This role focuses on engaging seldom-heard communities, strengthening partnerships with local authorities and VCSE groups, and ensuring our services are inclusive, equitable and responsive to local needs.
The role also includes measuring impact with dashboards and reporting to support continuous service improvement.
