Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday - with on call duty required if requested
Salary: £43,435 per annum
Location: Norwich, North, East, South and West (Base location Sale Road Norwich)
Due to the nature of the role a driver licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role, mileage is paid at 45p per mile for cars after your home to work base mileage is deducted.

We are seeking a highly motivated, compassionate, and strategic leader to join us as Head of Service. This is a pivotal senior leadership role responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of our mental health services across Norfolk and Waveney.
Working closely with the Director of Operations and the wider Senior Leadership Team, you will ensure our services are safe, high quality, person-centred, and aligned with our long-term vision and strategic aims.
In This Role, You Will
- Oversee multiple service areas, ensuring consistent quality, compliance, and impact.
- Lead service development and innovation, responding to community needs and emerging opportunities.
- Champion robust safeguarding practices and strong operational governance.
- Support, develop, and inspire service managers and their teams.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and wellbeing.
- Build strong partnerships with commissioners, partners, and stakeholders.
