REST Hub Manager – Aylsham & East

REF: NWM/749

Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, this role requires flexibility to meet operational needs, will include some weekend/evening and on call working. The on-call rota operates on a rota, to be discussed at interview.

Starting Salary: £33,199 per annum rising to £35,444 after completion of 4-month probation

Location: REST Aylsham - NR11 & REST Gorleston - NR31

  • a full driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use are essential. Mileage is reimbursed at 55p per mile in line with organisational policy.

About You

We are looking for a experienced manager who thrives in a fast-paced, emotionally intelligent environment. You will bring compassion, structure, and a calm, steady presence to your team and the people we support. Whether you're holding space for someone in distress or empowering a staff member to grow into their role, you will lead with warmth, vision, and purpose.

About

The successful candidate will be inspiring and confident leader who is passionate about mental health and community support. We are looking for a candidate that can bring the following:

  • Proven leadership experience within a mental health, wellbeing, or community setting
  • Strong people management skills, with confidence in handling employee relations matters sensitively, professionally, and with care
  • A trauma-informed, recovery-focused approach that empowers both staff and the people we support
  • The ability to build meaningful partnerships with local services and community organisations
  • Experience creating strong, collaborative relationships across the VCSE sector, working with volunteers and small community groups to develop joined-up, community-led support
