We have exciting opportunities to recruit to full time Senior Management Support Administrators within the Central Norfolk Locality. The posts will be providing administrative support to our Senior Leadership Teams.
Main duties of the job
- Provide accurate, prompt and efficient secretarial / administrative support to the management team which may include presentations / spreadsheets including complex reports.
- Ensure the workload of the management support team is prioritised to ensure patient safety and meet quality standards.
- Raise agendas, take and process minutes for teams (across the care group).
- Participate in ongoing audits and service development as directed by Business Support Manager (or their deputy).
- Provide supervision and training and appraisals to administration staff as identified by line manager.
- Diary management as required for team members to include appointments / meetings, regular commitments to assist in organising the workload.
- Act as a supervisor for admin staff, completing regular monthly supervision sessions and yearly appraisals.
