Our team works with our service users to help recovery and make a positive difference to their health and wellbeing. We believe that working closely with our service users and their family or carer allows us to provide bespoke care planning to meet their needs and wishes both in organic and functional health.

We\’re looking for individuals who want to grow and develop their knowledge and skills by working closely with colleagues, sharing experience and knowledge to continually learn from each other.

Older peoples nursing can be overlooked, however the complexity of the skills required for care for a patient with dementia embodies what mental health care is about and pulls on every facet of our training and knowledge base.

You will be become an essential part of our multi-disciplinary team of Consultants, Speciality Doctors, Psychologists, Community Matron, Clinical Team Manager, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Non-Medical Prescribers, Nurses, Assistant Practitioner, Care Support Workers and Occupational Therapists all supported by our fantastic admin team.

As a team we feel it is vital to raise awareness around the need for more research, early intervention and sign posting, and you will play a vital role in this, using your existing expertise and supported with continuous learning from the supportive team.

This diverse range of specialities in the team allows us to work collaboratively with the aim of providing high quality and integrated care.

Please note that this is a community based role, the successful candidate will need to have a full UK driving licence and access to their own car.
