We are have an exciting opportunity to offer the role into a Community Matron position to enhance the safety, experience and outcomes of people using our Child, Family and Young Persons Community service.
This is a unique opportunity for somebody with a drive to embed high quality care to our cohort of service users, based o n best practice and national guidance. The role will involve providing leadership as well as clinical support to the team whilst contributing to the implementation of strategic plans.
We are looking for a person who is kind and compassionate to others, and is proactive in helping people reach their potential whilst maintaining high quality care.

As Matron, you will be expected to demonstrate the qualities and skills associated with a clinical leadership role and be accountable for services meeting essential standards of care as outlined by the CQC as well as agreed local and national quality standards encompassing the following domains:
