Responsibilities

  • To provide a comprehensive service to include all aspects of planned and routine maintenance.
  • To repair and maintain a wide range of building components on site.
  • Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of Health and Safety and other relevant legislation.
  • Fault finding and diagnosis.
  • Routine inspections to ensure our estate is safe and fully compliant.
