We are looking for a committed and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our Specialist Resource Base, supporting pupils with communication and interaction needs. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the class teacher and wider team to promote pupils’ emotional, physical and educational development, both within the resource base and in mainstream settings. You will be patient, adaptable and able to build positive relationships with students, contributing to a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
