A day in the life...
- Lead and develop a systems analysis team supporting Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, providing functional guidance, coaching, and clear direction on solution design aligned to accounting policy and operational needs.
- Set expectations and standards for systems analysis across integrations and upstream/downstream dependencies, ensuring the team documents current-state processes, identifies gaps, and delivers scalable improvements.
- Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to the systems analysis team supporting Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, guiding analysis, validation, and end-to-end financial integrity.
- Establish and maintain production support operating models by directing the team on SOPs, job aids, playbooks, SLAs, and effective stakeholder communications.
- Ensure the team embeds strong financial controls by guiding reconciliation design, exception handling, monitoring, SOX compliance, audit readiness, and preventative root-cause analysis.
- Provide leadership over intake triage, backlog prioritization, governance, and release planning, enabling the team to balance production support with strategic enhancements and data integrity objectives.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance or related field.
- 10+ years of business analysis experience in Finance/Accounting operations or Finance Systems.
- Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
