Nordson Test & Inspection is seeking a highly motivated and talented Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our electrical engineering team in Colchester, UK. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we are looking for candidates who share that same commitment.
Summary of the role
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Knowledge of analogue/digital circuit design, power electronics, and embedded systems.
- Experience with CAD tools (e.g., Autodesk Inventor, Altium etc).
- Experience with regulatory standards (e.g., UL, CE, Semi).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience in Semiconductor or PCB manufacturing equipment.
- Experience of x-ray imaging equipment.
