The candidate will be responsible for leading the UK-wide Service Excellence Centre (SEC), delivering remote services to customers and internal teams. This role ensures the effective operation of the SEC, driving service quality, team performance, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and collaborate with sales and regional site teams to develop and deliver remote services, enhancing site-based work through proactive pre-visit diagnosis, including remote connectivity management.
- Develop and share technical knowledge across the UK and wider group to improve capabilities and engineering efficiency.
- Manage the SEC team, overseeing attendance, sickness absence, conduct, and performance issues.
- Conduct monthly team meetings.
- Promote continuous team development.
- Manage trainees and apprentices\’ development.
- Log call outs, schedule work, and liaise with regional teams regarding site-based work.
- Approve engineer timesheets.
- Handle financial management, including P&L responsibilities.
The successful candidate will have a background in BMS and/or HVAC, managerial experience in a multi-site environment, and strong IT skills, especially in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
