Job Overview
To manage, design and engineer a number of concurrent projects, ensuring delivery of all projects in time and within budget.
Candidate Profile
Candidates will have a BMS background and experience of Trend/Tridium, system integration and common protocols (Modbus, Bacnet, MBus). Experience of Distech software and hardware desirable. Minimum 5 years BEMS service or commissioning experience essential together with an in-depth knowledge of building services and controls.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for post completion support contracts
- Produce and submit technical submittal including description of operation and schedules
- Develop and agree project plans with customers
- Day to day co-ordination of resources
- Co‑ordinate and communicate project Health & Safety and prepare and review H&S documentation
- P & L responsibility for assigned projects
