We are seeking a Service Co-Ordinator to assist the service team and provide full administrative support.
- To be responsible for setting up maintenance contracts
- Production of service purchase orders
- Manage the call out process, taking calls
- Reception duties, meeting and greeting all visitors and operating door entry system
- Book meeting rooms
- Produce I D cards
- Operate the ANPR system
The successful candidate will be experienced in a similar role and will have ideally worked within a sales/operations type environment. A good standard of communication skills and good level of IT experience to include Outlook and Excel is required.
