We are looking for a business manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the BMS industry. Responsible for the effective management of a team of Project Managers and Engineers, including managing the functions P&L, co-ordination of Health & Safety, meeting reporting requirements and leading the wider team to deliver both team and business objectives.
Ensure that your team complies with all necessary H&S policies and practices and ensure that H&S information and guidance is passed on promptly. Ensure company policies are adhered to and processes followed. Monitor and review delivery performance and work with all delivery teams to ensure customers' expectations are exceeded. Actively manage projects when required. Full P&L responsibility for all works delivered by the Integration team.
Develop relationships with clients at all levels and ensure appropriate contact is made to maintain meaningful relationships. Be the escalation point for customers and colleagues for all matters when appropriate, including technical issues and challenges and lead the resolution process; provide support to the Finance team for financial dispute resolution and overdue accounts. Monitor and review project contracts to ensure risks are managed and quoted margins are maintained. Identify opportunities for additional projects and service contracts with existing customers, ensuring our clients are aware of all services and solutions available.
