We are seeking a SaaS Manager for the UK. The main purpose will be to deal with key customers with energy reduction and sustainability focus. The role holder will nurture and develop relationships, effectively managing existing customer accounts to deliver business growth, add value and generate further revenue via upselling opportunities. Also working with internal teams to support technical innovation and business growth.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven sales or account management experience gained ideally in a competitive service-based industry
  • Experience of SaaS, preferably in energy management or sustainability
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to drive business results
  • Excellent communication skills, including engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds and the ability to build strong partnerships to achieve shared goals
  • A strong financial understanding and commercial proficiency, including a good level of Excel knowledge

Desirable attributes include:

  • Experience of MRI eSight energy management software
  • Member of Energy Institute
  • Electrical competence
  • BMS knowledge
