We are seeking an industry-experienced Regional Director to lead our Northern region operations teams and drive the execution of our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a background in building management systems and leadership experience, and a proven track record of implementing and managing successful delivery for customers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and execution against long-term plans for the business area
- Responsibility for profit and loss in the business area
- Ensure team engagement, retention, and productivity through communication and involvement
- Report, monitor, and follow up on financial and other KPIs to meet set targets
- Maintain and develop customer relations in the area to increase market share
The successful applicant will be an accomplished operations professional with the strategic insight and technical expertise to drive the operational changes of the business.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within the BMS or service-oriented industry
- Understanding of BMS technologies and their applications
- Strong commercial mindset
