BEMS Commissioning Engineer in Birmingham

We are seeking a BEMS Engineer to cover both service and commissioning elements. Working out of our Sale office

Must be an experienced BEMS Engineer with Trend and Niagara N4 background with ability to write and commission controller software and graphics.

Familiarity with standard comms protocols e.g. BACnet, Modbus, LON and associated interfaces

To maintain, repair and improve customer building energy management systems.

Work within a busy team to commission, set to work and hand over BEMS projects of various sizes and types, ensuring that they operate efficiently, effectively, reliably

and safely and are compliant with all specifications and design.

• Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers
• Actively look for opportunities for additional support contracts and services with existing customers
• Maintain and improve customer BEMS systems by carrying out routing and reactive servicing
• Carry out extra works, small projects and larger commissioning works with a team
• Ensure operation and maintenance manuals, commissioning schedules, handover and witnessing documents are accurate and up to date
• Prepare and review H & S documentation / RAMS
• Co-ordinate on site H & S
• Carry out site validations and factory acceptance testing, demonstrations, witnessing and customer training
