Key Responsibilities

  • Secure new FM compliance, maintenance, and fit-out contracts
  • Build a sustainable pipeline aligned to revenue targets
  • Engage with senior stakeholders (Facilities, Estates, Operations, Procurement)
  • Position the business as a trusted compliance partner

Internal Opportunity Development

  • Work with sales teams to identify opportunities within existing accounts
  • Promote compliance services as part of wider solutions
  • Support cross-referrals into project and fit-out services

Tenders & Proposals

  • Manage PQQ, RFQ, and ITT submissions
  • Prepare clear, commercially sound proposals
  • Present to senior stakeholders and negotiate agreements

Strategy & Growth

  • Contribute to growth strategy and scalable processes
  • Support future recruitment and team development

Services Focus

  • Fire safety compliance
