Experienced Project Manager required to join a leading civil engineering contractor delivering major AMP8 infrastructure works. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of complex bridge, shaft and pre-construction projects within the water sector.

The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams across the full project lifecycle, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of bridge, shaft and associated AMP8 infrastructure projects
  • Oversee pre-construction activities including planning, design coordination and procurement
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality expectations
  • Lead site teams and subcontractors while promoting a strong health & safety culture
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and supply chain partners
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reporting
  • Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil engineering or infrastructure
  • Strong background delivering bridge, shaft, water or heavy civils projects
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial awareness with strong planning and organisational abilities
  • Relevant engineering or construction qualification preferred
