A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required for a major Civils Power Project! You will be joining a high-performing commercial team, who are part of a highly respected contractor delivering large scale power projects across the region. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
- Managing project costs from inception through to final account
- Administering contracts (NEC experience desirable)
- Help oversee procurement strategy and subcontractor management
- Prepare and review valuations, variations, and cost reporting
- Provide commercial guidance to operational teams and junior staff
- Support and mentor junior Quantity Surveyors
The Suitable Applicant will have the following experience:
- Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civils, utilities, or power projects
