A forward thinking, progressive and award-winning contractor seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a £60m infrastructure project. They have been responsible for delivering contracts ranging in value from £10m - 100m, mainly within the water sector. Their order book is impressive and is backed with the expectation of new works being awarded in recent months. About the Role:

The position is for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take up a key position on the project, supporting the Head of Commercial in delivering it. The initial phase will be project set up and procurement, then once on site strong daily financial management of the works where you will be working alongside an experienced Project Manager.

  • Strong Cost Control and Reporting Skills
  • Excellent NEC Experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong client interfacing skills
