About the Role:
You will be tasked with overseeing a key portfolio of projects within the highways and infrastructure Team, reporting into the Southern Commercial Director. The program of works, over various contracts, will be in the region of £20m. You will have a small commercial Team reporting into you. The focus will be on managing the project costs, maximising value and protecting margin across a fast-paced portfolio of schemes.
About You:
- Strong NEC experience in either highways, utilities or civils
- Ability to manage others, as well as a portfolio of projects
- Strong client interfacing skills
- Strong eye for detail and managing project costs
- Identify and mitigate commercial risk
