A specialist Groundworks Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team, overseeing a portfolio of projects across Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong groundworks background to take responsibility for the successful commercial, operational and contractual delivery of multiple projects.
The Role:
- Managing multiple groundworks projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Overseeing project teams, site managers and subcontractors
- Managing programme, commercial performance and client relationships
- Reviewing contracts, variations, valuations and costs
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to budget
- Working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams
About You:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within groundworks
- Strong understanding of groundworks, civils and construction methodologies
- Experience managing multiple projects and site teams
- Commercially aware with strong contractual knowledge
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Based within, or able to travel across, Kent
