The Role
You will take a lead role in managing the commercial aspects of mechanical and electrical packages from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with project teams, you'll ensure cost efficiency, risk management, and contractual compliance across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee M&E project costs and budgets
- Prepare tender documentation, analyse bids, and negotiate contracts
- Monitor project progress and provide accurate financial reporting
- Identify and manage risks, variations, and value engineering opportunities
