We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join us as a Sales and Management Trainee. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to gain hands-on experience in both sales and management functions. You will be exposed to various aspects of the business, including sales strategies, team leadership, customer relations, and operational management. Your primary goal will be to learn how to effectively lead teams, drive sales, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in a structured training program focused on sales, team management, and business operations

Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

Learn how to manage and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed targets

Develop skills in sales strategy, negotiation, and customer relationship management

Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members

Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
