Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wakefield for an Inside Sales Representative. The individual in this position will be responsible for engaging with customers, generating sales leads, assisting clients, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role entails achieving sales goals, managing day-to-day customer interactions, and fostering long-term client relationships while upholding the company’s commitment to top-tier service.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Proven ability in Customer Service and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
