We are looking for a fluent Norwegian speaker to join the team as a Customer Service Account Manager. In this role, you won't just be answering tickets—you will be the main point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of customers, building real, long-term relationships. You will guide customers through their entire lifecycle, handle complex queries from start to finish, and balance great service with business goals. Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Be the friendly, expert face of the company for your accounts, keeping customer satisfaction and retention high.
Manage orders, renewals, pricing, and system access to ensure zero service interruptions. - Problem Solving: Take total ownership of tricky customer queries, digging into root causes and teaming up with finance or sales to fix them.
- Data & Strategy: Analyse account data and trends to spot opportunities, mitigate risks, and provide smart recommendations to customers.
- Collaboration: Keep things running smoothly by hitting your response targets (SLAs) and sharing ideas to improve how we work.
What We Are Looking For
- Languages: Fluent or native Norwegian and English (both written and spoken).
- Experience: Background in customer service, customer success, or managing a portfolio of accounts.
- Skills: Great organisation, solid problem-solving skills, and a knack for working with Excel and data.
- Mindset: A proactive, 'customer-first' attitude with a love for building lasting professional relationships.
- Flexibility: Work from the Barnet office 5 days a week during your probation period to get up to speed. Afterwards, enjoy a hybrid routine with 2 to 3 days from home.
