French language Account Manager to work with our client's existing customer base in Europe. Customer Support or recruitment background preferred. Location: City of London. Job type: Permanent.

This full-time role is for French-speaking professionals with a UK Work visa or settled status who can apply their skills in customer service in a dynamic environment and move to a junior sales role across key products and services. You will be a self-starter, able to work as part of a team, and willing to assist with all the day-to-day operations inherent to a rapidly growing organisation, serving as a critical link between customers, sales, business development, and management.

The Job:

  • Proactively service and support French language clients
  • Field incoming calls, handle contractor customer inquiries and troubleshoot problems
  • Handle client account management functions, including invoicing and collections
  • Proactively analyse customer service processes and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement
  • Research and develop various resources and reference documents for clients
  • Support and participate in the organisation’s Continuous Improvement Program

The Person:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Proficient computer skills in programs, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated personal initiative
  • Proficient presentation skills
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Desire to assume increasing levels of leadership responsibility
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
