This role is central to the company. Operations is the backbone of our business, and you will be the person ensuring everything runs smoothly across teams, markets, and functions.
As Head of Operations, you will own the operational engine of the company. You will translate strategy into execution, align teams, build scalable systems, and ensure accountability across the business. You will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to ensure the company operates with clarity, speed, and discipline as it scales.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Full ownership of daily operations across the business
- Building and maintaining scalable systems, processes, and workflows
- Ensuring cross-functional alignment between Operations, Growth, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Support
- Turning strategic priorities into clear execution plans
- Creating structure, accountability, and operational clarity across teams
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Own and oversee the company’s operational roadmap, priorities, and execution
- Track KPIs across operations, logistics, customer experience, and internal teams
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks — and fix them
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard
- Act as the operational link between leadership and execution teams
- Continuously improve systems, documentation, and workflows
Key tasks:
- Build and optimize operational processes across: Supply chain & logistics, Customer support & refunds, Internal team workflows, External partners and vendors
- Implement clear reporting structures and performance tracking
- Lead operational planning, timelines, and execution
- Improve cost efficiency without sacrificing quality
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team structure as the business scales
- Maintain operational documentation, playbooks, and SOPs

- Operations are structured, predictable, and scalable
- Teams have clarity on priorities, responsibilities, and KPIs
- Bottlenecks across logistics, customer experience, and execution are reduced
- Costs are better controlled and operational efficiency has improved
- You operate as the clear owner of day-to-day operations
- You are positioned to grow into a COO-level role as the company scales
Who You’ll Work Closely With: Founders, Marketing Team, Finance, Customer Support, Supply Chain partners, and external agencies.
Requirements (must-have):
- Senior-level experience in operations within DTC / e-commerce
- Proven track record in a high-growth (8–9 figure) environment
- Strong ownership mindset with high standards
- Ability to turn complexity into simple, scalable systems
- Data-driven, decisive, and execution-focused
- Strong communication and cross-team leadership skills
- Education not required — results and experience matter most
- 3–7+ years in Operations, COO, or Operations Manager roles
Tools & platforms:
- Shopify (required)
- Notion, Slack, Asana (required or strong familiarity)
- Automation tools (Zapier, Make) are a strong plus
- Experience working with agencies and external vendors
Compensation & Growth:
- €3,500–€5,000/month + performance-based bonus
