About the Role
Nordic Knots is a Swedish design house building a new standard for rugs and home. We are growing fast and expanding our physical footprint. We will soon be opening our first concession at Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge in London, and are recruiting the team to represent Nordic Knots as true brand ambassadors and knowledgeable consultants.
You will be the face of Nordic Knots within one of the city’s most iconic department stores, responsible for driving sales, delivering an elevated client experience, and ensuring the shop‑in‑shop is impeccably presented and operationally seamless.
We’re looking for someone with a strong sense of design, interiors and luxury sales, who can work closely with the Harvey Nichols team while championing our brand standards, aesthetic and service approach.
As part of our Retail Team at Nordic Knots, you enjoy connecting with people, you are passionate about interior design, and motivated to help the brand build lasting client relationships. You bring warmth, expertise, and commercial awareness to every interaction, ensuring clients feel inspired and supported.
The ideal candidate has a background in retail and interior design or category‑specific experience in rugs, curtains and home textiles.
