The ProvisioningAnalyst independently performs Access Management functions for the enterprise core system accounts based on defined standards and procedures. Thisincludes analyzing,implementing, and administering security requests and audit reports. Acts as the first point of contact forusers requesting assistance fromInformation Security,including, but not limited to,Information Security Service Requests andIncident Response.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day account management for alluseraccounts using automated tools/administrative console or application admin screens.
• Understands, creates, and maintains documentation for day-to-day account management and compliance operations.
• Assists with onboarding and acquisition of account management responsibilities of new applications.
• Establishes and maintains role-based accessin accordance to the standard of least privilege.
• Maintains familiarity with HealthInformation Security policies and relevant Compliance & Legal policies.
• Follows standard operating and lifecycle procedures for handlinguseraccount exceptions/anomalies.
• Capability ofIdentifying, Understanding, Scoping, Organizing, and Resolving small to large-scale projects related to account management with minimal oversight.
• Preventatively monitor and resolve accountissues.
• Assists with the resolution of negative audit findings related touseraccount management.
• Creates, maintains, communicates, and reacts to reports about Account Management metrics.
• Capability ofIdentifying, Understanding, Scoping, Organizing, and Resolving small to large-scale projects related to account management with minimal oversight.
• Rotating On-CallIncident response for high-priorityincidents.
• Identifies account managementissues and escalates to properindividuals.
• All other duties as required.

Skills and Experience

• 3+ years ofIT experience, 2 years withIdentity access management (IAM).
• Bachelor’s Degreein Computer Science,Information Technology, or relevant field of study. Or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, process, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to react quicklyin a fast-paced environment.
• Incident response.

Experienced Preferred

• Proficiency Experiencein Healthcare or LegalIndustries.
• ITIL Best Practices.
• Proficiencyin MS Office Suite.
• Understanding of HIPPA, PCI, HITRUST, and other governing bodies.

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

Additional details

• Requires on-call duty 24 hours/day as a part of a rotation schedule for emergency response to critical technical situations requiringimmediate attention.
