Part-time self-employed paediatric osteopath
Nordic Balance is seeking a self-employed Paediatric Osteopath to join our multidisciplinary teams in Wimbledon Village (SW19) and Abbeville Road (Clapham, SW4). Both locations sit in affluent, family-dense postcodes with surging demand for specialist infant, child, and maternal care.
This role offers 24 contracted clinical hours per week, split into two 6-hour shifts in Wimbledon Village and two 6-hour shifts on Abbeville Road, for a balanced, predictable schedule across two thriving hubs.
Why work with us?
Build your caseload with motivated private clients in established London neighbourhoods.
Multidisciplinary Team
Learn, collaborate and cross-refer with experienced practitioners across different disciplines.
People-First Culture
Work in a supportive team where good care and collaboration come first.
Growth, CPD & Coaching
Develop through regular CPDs, senior guidance and ongoing professional support.
Both clinics are ideally situated to build a premier paediatric and family osteopathy list.
High-Density Family Demographics: Abbeville Road sits in the heart of London’s “Nappy Valley”, characterised by high birth rates, young families, and parents who actively seek private developmental and postnatal support. Wimbledon Village complements this with an established network of active families, school-age athletes, and expectant mothers.
Warm MDT Cross-Referrals: Work in synergy with our multidisciplinary teams of Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Podiatrists, and Sports Therapists. Our existing clinicians frequently identify paediatric and perinatal presentations that require specialist osteopathic referral.
Autonomous, High Earning Potential: With a competitive 50% fee split, our high-retention practitioners consistently achieve hourly earnings of £60–£65+ per hour while retaining complete clinical autonomy.
Zero Administrative Friction: Spend 100% of your working day assessing and treating patients. Our full-time front-of-house team manages all enquiries, bookings, diary management, and billing logistics.
