Are you an experienced MSK Physiotherapist looking for the guaranteed stability of a base salary, coupled with the exceptional earning upside of high-performing private practice commission?
N Nordic Balance is expanding. Due to sustained community demand across our premier South West London clinics, we are recruiting a full-time, employed Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to manage established, active caseloads across both Wimbledon Village and Abbeville Road (Clapham).
This is a permanent 40-hour contracted position commencing in early January 2027. It offers guaranteed baseline financial security, high-rate commission, complete statutory employee benefits, up to £1,000 annual CPD funding, dedicated 1-to-1 mentorship, and seamless administrative support.

Clinical Mentorship & Development: Access 1-to-1 coaching and case-review sessions with our Clinical Leads, who bring nearly 40 years of MSK experience, alongside our structured in-house CPD programme.
Zero Administrative Friction: Focus 100% of your energy on client treatment plans and rehabilitation outcomes. Our dedicated front-of-house team manages all patient bookings, diaries, reminders, invoicing, and insurance processing.
The Role & Schedule
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Employed (PAYE only).
Hours: 40 contracted hours per week.
Clinic Allocation: Set days agreed across both Wimbledon Village (SW19) and Abbeville Road (SW4) clinics.
Shift Availability: Shift coverage scheduled between 8:00am and 8:00pm on weekdays, with every Saturday (9:00am–5:00pm) as a mandatory clinic day to serve peak weekend demand.
Start Date: Early January 2027.
Clinical Scope: End-to-end patient lifecycle management—from comprehensive assessment through manual intervention, progressive exercise rehabilitation, load management, and preventative maintenance.
Employed Status Only: This position is strictly an employed (PAYE) role. Due to our clinic structure, we cannot offer self-employed or contractor arrangements for this opening. Please only apply if you are seeking a permanent employed position.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
- Minimum 3-5 years’ post-graduate MSK clinical experience
- Strong manual therapy skills paired with active exercise rehabilitation, biomechanical analysis, and postural correction
- Private practice experience highly desirable
- HCPC and CSP registered Physiotherapist and recognized by major health insurers (e.g. Bupa)
- You are specifically looking for a permanent, employed (PAYE) role with statutory benefits and guaranteed baseline pay
- You hold full, existing right to work in the UK without restriction (sponsorship is not available)
- Able to travel between our Wimbledon Village and Clapham clinics.
