The successful candidates will:
- Have a welcoming personality and be able to communicate well both with adults and children.
- Have experience of using various MS Office packages.
- Have experience of undertaking a wide range of office-based administration and clerical tasks, including financial procedures and responsibilities.
- Be able to prioritise work and respond to the needs of the academy.
- Support the business function and Leadership Team in implementing the academy and trust policies and procedures.
- Be able to commit to working across multiple locations and travel to academies where support is needed, if required.
- Show initiative to respond to unexpected problems using recognised procedures and policies as a guide.
