Join us at Nordell as one of the UK's leading plastics manufacturing and design refinement companies. We are looking for an Injection Mould Toolmaker to support our manufacturing site based in Worthing, West Sussex. This is a hands‑on role in a traditional but stable toolroom environment, supporting our injection moulding operation through servicing, maintenance, and repair of mould tools. We are currently reviewing investment in upgraded equipment as part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening capability. This position is a permanent and full‑time role.

Duties:

  • Strip, assess and refurbish injection mould tools
  • Fault finding and repair work
  • Preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
  • Bench fitting, polishing, spotting, and assembly
  • CNC milling work where required
  • Support commissioning of new mould tools
  • Work to tight tolerances and engineering drawings

Skills:

  • Proven experience with injection mould tools
  • Strong bench fitting skills
  • CNC milling experience desirable
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of tooling issues
  • Practical mindset with pride in workmanship
