As our Global Brand Manager - JULÄINE, you will be responsible for the branding and marketing strategy of our newly developed bio-stimulating aesthetic injectable. Your key objective will be to translate the brand strategy into multi-channel tactics that drive customer and patient engagement, ensuring a successful international launch. You will be a part of our dynamic Global Marketing team, reporting to our Marketing Director, and collaborating closely with our Medical Affairs, R&D and Commercial departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop international customer and consumer marketing strategies aligned with commercial strategies, considering local demands.
  • Lead professional marketing strategies towards clinics and HCPs, as well as consumer branding towards patients.
  • Ensure that product positioning, branding, and messaging are consistent throughout all communication channels, while maintaining a local touch in accordance with regulatory/legal requirements.
  • Support the international strategic brand plan in collaboration with the Marketing Director and the local marketing teams.
  • Be the first point of contact for the local marketing teams and drive best practices.
  • Develop a deep understanding of HCP, patient journeys and product experience.
  • Lead, create and deliver integrated brand campaigns including field sales materials and HCP marketing assets across channels.
  • Analyze and research the aesthetics market and follow trends.
  • Follow up on relevant KPIs and monitor ROI on campaigns and channels.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with KOLs and key customers in order to share experiences and integrate market insights.

Required qualifications:

  • Around 3-5 years of product marketing experience of medical devices within the aesthetics industry.
  • Experience working in a central or international marketing function, including the development of international brand campaigns.
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written.

  • A university degree is beneficial (e.g. in marketing or pharma).
  • Product launch experience (strategy and implementation).
  • You are scientifically literate.
