As our Central Medical Affairs Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing high‑level administrative and operational support to the Vice President of Medical Affairs and the Medical Affairs Directors across four strategic pillars: Studies & Publications, Medical Education, KOL Management, and Medical Information & Communication. In this central and collaborative position, you will ensure seamless coordination between global and local teams, support the efficient execution of medical projects, and contribute to compliance with internal processes and standards. The role requires a structured and proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support to VP Medical Affairs: Manage calendar, prepare meeting agendas, and track action items. Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Cross-Functional Support: Assist Directors with project coordination, event planning, and execution. Maintain and update Medical Affairs platforms (e.g., CRM, content repositories).
- Liaison Role: Act as a point of contact between central Medical Affairs and country affiliates. Ensure timely information flow and alignment on global initiatives and agenda.
- Compliance & Documentation: Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate records (e.g., UMIRs). Track mandatory training and knowledge assessments.
- Reporting & Tracking: Prepare monthly dashboards for KPIs, budget snapshots, and project timelines.
- Event Management: Organize advisory boards, congress activities, and internal meetings under the supervision of the respective accountable person.
Skills and Requirements
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, preferably within Life Sciences or Healthcare, or a similar educational background. 2–5 years of experience from a pharmaceutical or Medical Affairs environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and networking skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Good understanding of compliance requirements and medical governance frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
