Your job role is following and you will be responsible for the following:

Nord seeks a Barista & Sandwich Artist to join our team. Craft coffee creations, build mouthwatering toasties, and share the warmth of our Swedish & Nordic treats. Barista experience and a love for making sandwiches a must.

  • Preparing and serving consistently high-quality hot drinks at speed and helping out making fresh sandwiches.
  • Replenishing stock and ensuring products are presented to a high standard.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Working closely with the Commercial Manager and supervisors to resolve the day-to-day issues which may occur.
  • Ensuring that food and beverage operations are an integral part of the visitor experience that reflect our brand.
  • Ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service with high presentation standards that consistently exceed our visitor expectations.
  • The promotion and responsibility for health & safety and food safety.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA FOR THE ROLE:

  • Previous experience of working as a Barista in a busy environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and be a confident communicator.
  • The ability to maintain good team working relationships, within team and wider.
  • Able to work flexibly, with regular weekend and bank holiday working, and ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.

20 hours per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
