We are looking to appoint a MAC Assistant to join our talented team. We welcome applications from outstanding, self-motivated and reflective professionals.
Job Purpose
To support the school's enrollment, retention, and brand objectives through high-quality marketing, admissions, and communications activities. The MAC Assistant will create engaging content, build strong relationships with families, and ensure a positive experience across all communications.
Responsibilities
- Marketing & Communications: Create and publish engaging content across various channels, capture and curate photography and stories, design marketing materials, support event planning, develop newsletters, and monitor campaign performance.
- Admissions & Enrollment: Serve as a point of contact for prospective families, guide them through the admissions process, assist in scheduling tours, maintain relationships, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Community Engagement & Administrative Support: Foster relationships within the school community, provide a welcoming experience, support initiatives, and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in marketing, communications, admissions, or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service abilities.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Photography and videography skills are preferred.
