Job Purpose: As Regional Content Production Specialist, you will support the Regional Marketing and Digital Marketing Managers, working collaboratively with the schools, by creating premium quality visual content and creative assets that strengthen our brand across schools and digital channels. This is a hands-on content production role focused on photography, videography, video editing, graphic design, and social media content creation that will be used across each stage of the Family Experience Journey (FEJ), from awareness and consideration, through to enrollment and advocacy. You will work closely with schools across the region to capture authentic stories, create engaging content that reflects USPs, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
You will regularly collaborate with school-based Admissions and Marketing teams, providing practical guidance, training, and support to help them create stronger content aligned with Nord Anglia Education brand standards. You will also support the adaptation and implementation of regional and global marketing campaigns by producing creative assets that resonate with local audiences while maintaining a consistent brand experience. To deliver an exceptional family experience every time, you'll need to forge strong relationships with marketing colleagues from across the region and schools, so that everyone is working together to achieve our vision.
Job Responsibilities:
- Produce engaging visual content for social media, websites, digital campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing channels, that align with our brand and vision supporting efforts to differentiate schools from competitors.
- Edit short-form and long-form video content, including interviews, classroom experiences, events, student stories, and parent testimonials.
- Create graphic assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
- Build and maintain content libraries that can be used by schools and regional teams.
- Adapt regional and global campaign assets for local implementation.
- Occasional travel to schools across the region to capture high-quality photo and video content.
- Respond quickly to viral trends and adapt content accordingly.
- Monitor social engagement metrics and continuously improve content strategies.
Brand Consistency & Creative Support:
- Ensure all content aligns with Nord Anglia Education brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Support schools in applying brand assets consistently across digital and offline channels.
- Assist with brand reviews and provide practical recommendations to improve content quality and visual consistency.
- Help identify opportunities to strengthen storytelling and showcase each school's unique strengths.
Training and Capability Building:
- Coach school teams in content best practices.
- Support school teams in developing content creation skills and confidence.
- Deliver practical workshops and training sessions on photography, videography, editing, social media content, and brand best practices.
- Create simple guidelines, templates, toolkits, and resources that enable schools to create content independently.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for content-related questions and creative support.
Content Performance & Insights:
- Monitor content performance using platform analytics and reporting tools.
- Share practical recommendations to improve engagement and content effectiveness.
- Observe and learn about our competitors across the region, helping the team by identifying what makes/can make us stand out and sharing those insights.
- Stay informed on social media trends, content formats, and creative best practices, sharing relevant ideas with the wider team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is desirable.
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, multimedia production, digital content, social media content, or related fields.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, video editing, and visual content creation.
- Good understanding and experience in luxury and customer-facing industries, including monitoring competitor activity and market trends.
- Experience in education, premium consumer brands, hospitality, lifestyle brands, or customer-focused organizations is desirable.
Technical, Creative & Communication Expertise:
- Excellent skills in content capture and editing using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with additional design tools is desirable.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and a creative mindset.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
- Understanding of analytics, content performance metrics, and social media reporting.
- Strong understanding of brand consistency and the ability to apply brand guidelines across multiple channels and audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to confidently work with and guide school-based marketing teams.
