OBJETIVO DA FUNÇÃO
Buscamos uma pessoa com forte perfil analítico, para atuar na área de People Analytics, com foco em análise, tratamento e interpretação de grandes volumes de dados relacionados a pessoas, estruturas e indicadores corporativos. Embora a atuação esteja inserida no contexto de Recursos Humanos, este papel é predominantemente técnico e analítico, voltado à geração de insights consistentes que apoiem decisões de negócio com base em dados.
RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Estruturar, tratar e analisar grandes bases de dados relacionadas a pessoas (headcount, turnover, absenteísmo, performance, custos, indicadores operacionais etc.);
- Responsável por Workforce planning;
- Conduzir análises quantitativas para apoiar a tomada de decisão estratégica;
- Criar e manter relatórios, painéis e indicadores (KPIs) com alto nível de qualidade e confiabilidade;
- Trabalhar com Excel avançado para modelagem, consolidação e análise de dados;
- Realizar análises exploratórias, identificando padrões, tendências e correlações relevantes;
- Traduzir dados complexos em insights claros e aplicáveis para diferentes públicos;
- Apoiar projetos analíticos e estudos especiais, conectando dados a impactos de negócio;
- Atuar em parceria com times de RH, Finanças e outras áreas, mantendo o RH como campo de aplicação, e não como foco operacional.
REQUISITOS
- Domínio da língua inglesa, que será usado com frequência na interação com a equipe de RH LATAM;
- Excel avançado (tabelas dinâmicas, fórmulas complexas, tratamento e análise de grandes volumes de dados);
- SPSS (Ferramenta de análise de dados);
- Experiência comprovada com análise de dados em larga escala;
- Forte capacidade analítica, raciocínio lógico e visão crítica;
- Facilidade para trabalhar com números, indicadores e métricas;
- Capacidade de estruturar problemas e propor soluções com base em evidências quantitativas.
FORMAÇÃO:
- Formação em Engenharia, Estatística, Matemática, Ciência de Dados, Sistemas de Informação, Economia ou áreas correlatas;
DIFERENCIAIS:
- Experiência prévia com People Analytics ou áreas analíticas corporativas;
- Conhecimento em Power BI, SQL, Python ou ferramentas de análise de dados;
- Vivência em ambientes orientados a indicadores e performance;
- Capacidade de comunicação analítica e apresentação de resultados.
