Nord Anglia Education – the world’s leading private school’s organisation is recruiting a School Engagement Coordinator, Digital Lab. You will be joining the Education team in our London HQ. London is our global headquarters where 200 colleagues across Finance, Risk, Corporate Development, Legal, HR, MAC and Education drive the success of our 80+ schools in 30+ countries.

The Digital Lab is Nord Anglia’s centralised innovation function, which supports our schools – and individual teachers – with exploring edtech and evaluating its impact in the classroom. In the role of School Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting advancing Nord Anglia Education’s innovation and edtech strategy by strengthening school involvement in Digital Lab initiatives.

The Role:

  • Work with the Digital Innovation Manager to develop and enact engagement activities for the Digital Lab, ensuring meaningful participation in Digital Lab initiatives from schools across the Nord Anglia family.
  • Maintain a structured Communications Plan for Digital Lab engagement, ensuring consistent updates to schools and stakeholders.
  • Help to plan and facilitate engagement activities, including workshops, webinars, discovery sessions, pilot briefings and feedback sessions.
  • Coordinate a community of Innovation Leads across our schools, fostering collaboration, shared learning and alignment with Digital Lab priorities.
  • Be the liaison for the Innovation Leads, communicating regularly, confidently, and professionally, supporting them as required.
  • Ensure school perspectives are actively gathered, understood and represented in the design and delivery of innovation pilots.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Digital Lab, promoting its work and values across the school network, including representing the Lab at international school visits or internal conferences.
  • Work closely with internal colleagues to ensure engagement activity aligns with programme objectives, capacity and delivery plans.
  • Work closely with the Education Technology Researcher and Project Manager to support schools participating in pilots.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal communications, ensuring information flows effectively between the Digital Lab, Innovation Leads and wider stakeholders.
  • Support the setup, monitoring and close‑down of innovation pilots, ensuring key actions, risks and dependencies are tracked.
  • Maintain and update Digital Lab resources on NAU, ensuring accessibility and relevance.

The Successful Candidate Will Possess:

  • Experience growing and co‑ordinating a distributed community, convening sessions, capturing actions and driving momentum, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Flexibility to manage engagement across global time zones.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops, webinars and feedback sessions.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to deliver on immediate priorities and plan for future needs.
  • Some Project Management experience advantageous, including coordination of multiple workstreams.
  • Awareness of privacy, consent and data protection practices, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Comfortable with productivity tools (M365), collaboration platforms, and simple process tracking (e.g., SharePoint, Planner, Teams, Forms).
