As a Marketing & Communication Manager, you will manage the school's marketing and communications function, shaping how the school is seen, experienced, and chosen by families and employees. This role blends data analysis, strategy, performance marketing, story-telling and brand leadership to deliver a consistently high-quality customer journey, enrolment growth and an all-round positive brand experience.
About the Role
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies that align with company goals and brand positioning.
- Create, manage and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media and internal communications.
- Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, website content and promotional collateral.
- Oversee social media accounts and digital platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure effective campaign execution and delivery.
- Monitor, analyse and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective delivery of communications initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance brand guidelines and ensure all communications reflect brand standards.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing activities, results and recommendations for senior management.
- Identify emerging marketing trends and recommend new approaches to enhance company visibility and engagement.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing communications or a similar role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex messages clearly.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, content management systems and marketing analytics tools.
- Experience with social media management and digital content creation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
