London is our global headquarters where 200 colleagues across Finance, Risk, Corporate Development, Legal, HR, MAC and Education drive the success of our 80+ schools in 30+ countries. In the role of Programme Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Nord Anglia Education’s collaborations with The Juilliard School and MIT, working across events, communications, data, and logistics. You’ll help ensure schools are engaged, supported, and informed, and contribute to the smooth running and strategic impact of both collaborations.
The Role
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with various stakeholders, including colleagues in the Education Team, other central teams, our schools, and collaboration partners at Juilliard and MIT.
- Coordinate with colleagues across global regions to support consistent implementation of the Juilliard and MIT collaborations.
- Support the onboarding and engagement of new schools and School Leads as they join our collaborations with Juilliard and MIT.
- Work at pace to manage multiple projects or activities running on different timeframes.
- Create and distribute support and training materials for teachers on platforms such as Nord Anglia University (NAU), including contributing to workshops and webinars when appropriate.
- Manage logistical arrangements for online and in-person professional development events, including communications and technical setup.
- Track and update contact details for School Leads and Regional Leads.
- Manage the recruitment process for new School Leads and Regional Leads, including promotion, coordination, and communication with applicants.
- Collect, collate and analyse feedback, survey responses, and school data to inform programme development and identify areas for additional support.
- Support the Senior Programme Manager to deliver the strategic vision for our collaborations with Juilliard and MIT.
- Use data tools and digital platforms (e.g. Forms, Excel, Smartsheet, Teams, NAU) to collect, analyse and visualise trends and school engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of participation in initiatives such as Global Campus activities and PA/STEAM Festivals.
