We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our London HQ. In this role, you will:
- Provide high-level, confidential support to the COO, acting as a key partner in managing priorities and enabling business success.
- Coordinate a demanding executive calendar, international travel, and complex itineraries across multiple stakeholders, locations, and time zones.
- Manage Executive Committee, Board and Senior Leadership Team meetings, including scheduling, logistics, preparation of materials, minute-taking, and action tracking.
- Prepare professional presentations, reports and business documentation, manage expenses, and ensure accurate administration of key business information.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders across the global organisation, demonstrating exceptional communication, organisation, discretion, professionalism and the ability to work independently.

The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in a senior-level Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel, with experience in database management, mail merge and producing high-quality executive presentations.
- Strong planning, organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence and gravitas to build credibility and work effectively with senior stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information, strong attention to detail, a flexible team-player approach, and experience coordinating complex international travel and executive events.
