As a Leadership Programme Coordinator at Nord Anglia Education, you will play a pivotal role within the London HQ to drive the successful delivery and continuous development of leadership initiatives. This role requires coordinating complex programme logistics, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring a seamless participant experience across diverse leadership development activities. The role supports and enhances the implementation of our Professional Learning strategy, supporting the delivery of a world-class education for students globally. The role:

  • Coordinate and deliver global leadership development programmes, supporting the planning and execution of face-to-face, virtual, and blended learning experiences for leaders across our international school network.
  • Manage and enhance our digital leadership learning offer, including maintaining online learning environments, supporting platform improvements, creating engaging learning content, and driving user adoption of new features.
  • Lead programme operations and logistics, coordinating residential events, webinars, workshops, schedules, stakeholder communications, and participant engagement to ensure a seamless learner experience.
  • Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement, analysing learner engagement, programme impact, diversity metrics, and digital platform usage to inform decision-making and investment priorities.
  • Provide end-to-end programme administration and stakeholder support, including budget tracking, invoice processing, vendor and venue coordination, and collaboration with schools, facilitators, and participants globally.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational capabilities and good attention to detail
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced global organisation
  • Good analytical skills – with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success
  • Results orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs
  • Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks
  • Good cross-cultural, interpersonal, and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures
  • Proficiency in using MST, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Effectively convey information and ideas, both verbally and in writing with cross-functional teams and with senior stakeholders.
