Responsibilities

Lead integrated project planning and governance for finance transformation initiatives.
Develop and manage cross‑project dependencies and synergies.
Manage risk, issues, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Define and manage scope, deliverables, and vendor responsibilities.
Lead ongoing maintenance and enhancement of Navision to ensure optimal performance and alignment with evolving business needs.
Collaborate with CIO and regional finance directors to plan and execute upgrades.
Manage implementation of Navision into newly acquired schools, including readiness assessments, training, and support.
Work closely with the Group Financial Controller and Head of FP&A to continuously review and improve the use of OneStream.
Identify opportunities for automation, enhanced reporting, and streamlined planning processes.
Document current processes and design future‑state workflows.
Provide valuable analytics to support initiatives that drive commercial performance, acting as the central source of knowledge of KPIs and key data available across the organisation.
Provide effective leadership and ensure development of the Global Finance team to achieve all business objectives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in finance transformation and project management.
Strong understanding of financial systems, COA structures, and ERP implementations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with vendors and cross‑functional teams.
Excellent relationship builder that transcends levels of seniority.
ACA qualified (or equivalent).
Strong academic and intellectual background, degree level (desired).
Strong commercial background, previously worked for international multi‑site organisations.
Experience in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
Ability to work under pressure and remain calm.
Experience of managing multiple geographically spread organisations.
